Have you ever asked yourself why you feel this way and what could be bothering you? Asking yourself why this is happening to you and actually coming to terms with what could be happening is really helpful. When you think you are having an Anxiety attack, try to think of something that will make you happy or do something that will keep your mind off of what is going on. Keep yourself busy so you won't be so stressed. Maybe even take a nap everyday for an hour just to relax your mind. Take deep breaths and count slowly to ten and then slowly let that bad air out. In with the good air and out with the bad air. Try doing that several times for about three to four minutes and you should begin to feel a bit better. I hope this helps, good luck...........

Anxiety can be a very serious issue. The problem is that everyone learns to deal with it in different ways. Find something that is relaxing to you, and try to incorporate that when you start to feel anxious. For example, meditation helps me but doesn't work for my husband. He carries a card that has positve phrases on it and reads over them when he gets anxious.

The bad thing about anxiety where you start to thing something bad will happen...sometimes called stinkin thinkin...is that often you will unconsciously create a bad situation. Again, find something relaxing that is personally helpful to you.

Take a deep breath and really concentrate counting to thirty. If you can truly focus on the numbers you lose why you felt anxious. Make this part of your routine and soon you should notice more control over your anxiety. If this fails to work over a period of time, let's say two weeks, call your doctor and discuss this with him/her. You may need counseling or medication to aide in your anxiety. Good luck!

I have severe anxiety attacks at times, that sometimes I swear I'm having a heart attact. Or I feel like there's an upcoming death. It's horrible. Sometimes & can't breathe. The doctor gave me Xanax & it really helps. There are other anti-anxiety meds that can be taken, so talk with your doctor about your best choices. Good luch.

Boy, Oh Boy, can I relate to this one. Anxiety, is with me about 90% of the time. Have been to Doctors, Shrinks, counseling, etc. Finally elected to take Klonopin, and an anti-depressant. After years of refusing to take anything. Medication didn't cure me, but it sure helped. Feel free to contact me via email, if you need to talk.

See your personal physician immediately, and tell him all about your feelings of anxiety. He can prescribe medication which will help alleviate the anxiety, or suggest a therapist who can help you manage your anxiety. Whatever you do, don't wait till you have a full blown anxiety attack! They are not fun.

I have had the same feeling, but I finally had to come to terms with my self and realize that I was just imagining it. Usually it passes with time and thinking optimistically
