It says that some other camer is installed i tried to take it off but there isn't another camera... plus it's greyish on my screen i tried to make my skin the color it is but the cam settings for colors are wack. Also i need your help pleeeze i want my web cam to work... anyone want to im and try to help me set it up?

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google

You may have to install the software drivers for your camera... and THEN plug it in...
If you did not get drivers for your camera with the purchase, look at the Mfr's website and look for it there under downloads.

if it's a logitech read the instalation procedures very carefuly .You usualy have to install the driver's from the cd that came with your cam , then reboot , than it'll ask you to plug in your cam so it can recognize it .
