if you cant break 70 and not roll the ball around before u hit it. then forget it. u are just wasting someones time. blowing ur own ego up. and taking the guys money. if u say u shoot 78 all the time, and think u can teach. then u are kidding urself. u have problems in ur own swing if u cant do any better than that. my handicap at it's best was .07 and i dont feel qualified to fix problems. i have a big ole draw shot and that's all i can hit, so i play it. even if it calls for a fade. and no one hits it straight. Lord Bryon Nelson who passed on Tuesday was more than likely the only person ever to play competitive golf and do that. if u can shoot consistently the course rating at the course u play most then u have a chance. golf magazine published a guideline for golfers about 20 years ago. If there are a 1000 golfers and that is all there ever will be. Then 900 will never break 90. 90 of the other hundred will never break 80. 9 of the other 10 will never break 70. of the 1 that is left then 1/1000th of that one will be a professional golfer. i have broken 70 many times. and at the ripe old age of 46 then my handicap is still single digits. try ur best but dont mess anyone else's fun. this is a game of a lifetime.
