Can you re-enlist if you still owe money to DOD or DFAS?
or if you receive VA Benefits?

The injury won't affect my ability to pass the physical test. I was passing PT tests all the way up until I got out of the Army.

I receive VA benefits for injuries I got while on active duty. I was asked about coming back to military service but was told I would have to sign a waiver giving up my benefits. Hope this helps you.

It would likely require a waiver. Another consideration is that they will take what you owe out of your paycheck for the duration of your enlistment, depending on the amount you owe.

As far as VA Benefits, if you were medically discharged, and are receiving disability from VA, you will not likely pass the physical.
