people always say make eye contact and touch his arm.... TOUCH HIS ARM?! how r we suppose to do that? won't it be weird... if we like suddenly wack his arms or something? and even so we can't randomly touch him on his arm..... so i don't get it....

Be friendly, it's often misread as flirting anyway. He will notice if your smile always appears as soon as he walks into the room. If he is shy, you will need to work to get a response. First of all.. everyone flirts differently. Just do what comes natural to you and go along with it.
If you see someone you like... relax and joke around. Or if you aren't a jokester... ask a question. If you're interested... act like you are by being happy around him.
Most guys read all attention as a flirt... so just smile and relax :)

u ever use the eyebrow? best thing in the world u put your eyebrow up real seductive like and give him a half smirk he would go nuts, and then when he comes over because i know he will u spark up conversation about y he has come over 2 u, leave em dumbfounded. and then just play it off like it was all part of your plan because u were 2 shy 2 approach him.
