Honestly, no.
And I don't believe God wants every Christian to base their belief on feeling. There is a time to rejoice but I think we are approaching a time of grief, sorry to say.
There's a lot of bad news right now and the church is weak in their faith these days. I feel a test coming on that will cause Christians to seek and long for the presence of God again to cause their faith to build up again and then they will rejoice again.
But as for now ... tough times are coming.
