Sore/tender to the touch. Yes they can hurt.

Every woman is different and some don't even feel anything, My experience was at first they are sore or tender then they start to get bigger. I grew from a c to a dd when pregnant. Now without a huge belly stickin out there would have been something to wow about, lol.

So sore, that it HURTS! It use to be so hard for me to take a shower because if the water hit my breast, it hurt so bad that I couldnt take the pain.

it feels like they are under pressure, i am not sure if you had boob tenderness with periods, but it feels the same, but stronger, and lasts longer.
They feel a lot fuller, heavy, and sore.. basically DON:T touch ME!

YOU WILL DEFINEATLY KNOW WHEN THEY GET TENDER, VERY SORE, SOMETIMES HURTS TO WEAR A BRA OR T-SHIRT. GOOD LUCK....
