1 hot chocolate w 1/2 water, 1/2 milk
Tuna Fish Sandwich on Wheat Bread w Low Fat Cheese
Turkey Burger on wheat with low fat cheese
1/2 P&J Sandwich on Wheat
1 Non Fat Whey Protein Shake mixed with Cold Water
Please don't tell me I need fruits and vegetable cause I know I can't buy them this week, I just want to know should I eat something else or not?
