2 cups coffee with Splena
1 cup of plain green tea
1 hot chocolate w 1/2 water, 1/2 milk
Tuna Fish Sandwich on Wheat Bread w Low Fat Cheese
Turkey Burger on wheat with low fat cheese
1/2 P&J Sandwich on Wheat
1 Non Fat Whey Protein Shake mixed with Cold Water


Please don't tell me I need fruits and vegetable cause I know I can't buy them this week, I just want to know should I eat something else or not?

I also did 1/2 hour of cardio and feel hungry.

That's about 1200 calories. As long as you're not training for a marathon or something, that's enough to sustain anybody.

dont eat the tuna, it has mercury in it

and the turkey is filled with bacteria

if you still feel hungry you need to add more high fiber foods to your diet.
