I get these clear bumps that itch like crazy and then I open them and they keep filling up for like three days, then dry up. Always on the same foot and they never spread (to other body parts or other foot). What in the heck are they? They are on the outside bottom of my foot, or on outside of my toes (rarely in between, but sometimes).

I've had it since '89 so is not medical emergency. Athletes foot cream, poder, spray, etc DOES NOT WORK. Help please. If you have an idea and a possible remedy, please let me know. 10 points if it works.

I never heard of anything like this. It sounds like some kind of blisters, since they itch, fill up with fluid, drain and then dry up. The only thing I can recommend is to see a foot doctor. In fact, I wonder why you haven't. I don't care so much about the ten points, as I am eager to know what they are myself. Maybe someone else on here has the answer.

I would think that instead of seeing a podiatrist see a dermantolagist. They are trained for all skin disorders and can tell you what it is, and how to treat it.
I went to a dermantolagist for a rash on my shins that I had for a couple years. She prescribed medication and she said if it didn't work in 6-8 weeks, then I will come back in for a skin biopsy. So they may have you do that.

I have exscema on my hand that does the same thing. keep it clean and as dry as possible. Keeping it covered helps too. I cover mine with liquid bandage (hurts like heck going on, but lasts a few days). Doc prescribed some cream, but that mostly just made it tich less, not go away.

Next time you get one, put some anti fungal cream on it, like Lotrimin or clotrimazole (generic). If that takes it away and stops the itching, it may be due to a yeast (Candida) overgrowth condition.
There is some basic info on that at www.hufa.org.
Hope this helps.

It could be an allergy to something. I get a rash like this on my hands and I finally related it to an allergy to lime. Think about what you eat or put on your feet the day before this rash starts.

Believe it or not, get your Dr. to write you a script for Grisiofulvin, trust me, Please, it will stop those from coming on. But you have to be consistent with taking it, I can't believe you've had that since 89' ! Get it taken care of with this med before it gets worse because it can.

I agree that you need to see the podiatrist - quick! Or at least see your physician quickly. You should not be second guessing what this is. Medical attention is needed.
