here is a real recipe i use at my private chef job.
baby back ribs
salt
pepper
sliced garlic
brown sugar
sliced shallots
ground mustard seed
season the ribs heavily with salt and pepper and rub them with the rest of the ing. listed above, wrap tightly in foil with at least 3 layers. bake and 300 for 2 hours.
while there cooking combine:
3 cups fresh squeezed orange juice (no tropicana)
zest of 2 oranges minced use a microplane if you have one
1 cup sugar
1 bay leaf
5 sprigs fresh thyme
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
bring to a simmer and reduce slowly till it becomes thick.
take the ribs out and hold the foil package over a bowl and put a hole in the bottom so the juice isn't wasted, mix it with the orange reduction.
Lay the ribs out of the foil on a sheet pan with parchment paper underneath and baste the ribs heavily with a brush with the orange mixture.
put it in a 350 for 5 minutes the the baste sticks. keep doing this till there is no more glaze left at least 10-12 times once the have about a 1/2 inch thick glaze on them brush them once more and serve.

just pulled this off web never tried it but its a good start. you can tweak it to you liking. i would even suggest you leave vinegar out.
* 3 large cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 1 cup orange marmalade
* 1/4 cup vinegar
* 1/4 cup ketchup
* 4 to 6 pounds pork ribs, spareribs
PREPARATION:
Glazed spareribs directions
Combine garlic with salt; add chicken broth, orange marmalade, vinegar, and ketchup. Pour mixture over ribs; marinate for at least 8 hours, turning several times. Grill ribs over low coals for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until meat is tender. Baste pork ribs with marinade during cooking. Orange glazed spareribs recipe serves 4 to 6.

Use your favorite recipe, then brush with orange marmalade and brown before serving. I also do this with chicken and pork.
This is so simple. You can do it on a grill or in the broiler. Try it!

How about this one? Just remove the lime from it, if you don't like it.
