there's this guy i knew of last year (sophmore year) but i never had any classes with him or anything. this year, i have 2 classes with him and around the first or second week of school, i noticed that he's always looking at me. and we were in a group together today and almost everytime i looked in his direction, he was staring at me. does he like me or something?
(if he does, i wouldnt mind getting to know him)

4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

Ugh, I've been there. A thousand years ago (not really) when I was in H.S. my starer was named was Gary. What a pain in the a** it was because he would just stare at me and not say anything. If I could go back I'd walk right up to him and mention something about him looking at me, but in a comical way like "Hey Gary, do I have something on my shirt because you keep looking at me. I'm starting to get a complex. What's up?"
It will put him on the spot (rightfully so), but he will at least know you know his staring at you is really annoying and he'll have to do something about it either way.

i'd say the possibility is quite high that he likes you, Atleast he likes what he's seeing,
I mean do you like at something repetedly that you don't want to see, I don't.
If i were you I'd just start smiling at him every time that he looks your way,
i'm a guy and I find it to be very calming when a chick smiles at you, Don't be afriad to say hi to him also, you have nothing to lose

Yes, he definitely likes you, and definitely wants to say something. Most likely he is just observing you at this point to try and figure out the best way to talk to you and keep you interested. Try smiling at him. Make eye contact. He'll come around.
