I have this like bone thing that is sticking out... it is on the back of my foot above the heal and behind the ankle... it has been there for like years, and now it is starting to really hurt when i wear shoes. Does anyone know what this could be?

Could be a bone spur. You really need to get to either a podiatrist or an orthopedist. The sooner the better.

sounds like a corn or perhaps a bone spur.
I don't think it's a bunion, that usually is on the side of the foot by the big toe

have it checked. that might be cancerous.
