Everytime my boyfriend goes to Subway, he asks for extra jalapenos and banana peppers on the side, so they put like a handful of each in a lil bag or plastic container for him.. He comes home eats maybe 2 or 3 of each with his sandwhich then puts the rest in the fridge.. where they sit.. How long do you think there good for?

if they are in the juice of either, they can last for weeks but if they are dry in the container ,I'd say 3 days tops....I store my jalapenos in tupperware in the fridge for months and I have no prob as long as they are still in the jalapeno juice....good luck....:)

They should stay good for months...they are pickled and pickling is a great way to preserve foods.
