My cousin has moved again (lost count of the number of times after 20 in the past 5 years). I asked my Aunt for his address and she said she doesnt know it (yeah right) She claims he is hiding from bill collectors and has lost his job again. Is there a FREE website that I can just find out his mailing address? (We also think he's gay and she doesnt want us to know)

1st so what if he is gay. Have you asked him? Has he said anything? She may not want you to know because she is ashamed of it, he may not be, but he may be bowing down to please her.
There is no web site to find someone, bill collectors have a hard enough time finding them. He has to register somewhere to find him.
Mail a two differennt greeting cards to his last know address. Put one "Do not forward, forwarding address requested return to sender",
On the second do not put a return address on the outside, it willl be forwarded if he has had his mail forwarded by the post office.
In both envelopes tell him you have been trying to get in contact with him and you want HIM to call you.

you can try the white pages, but I don't think they will help for a guy that moves around as much as he does.
