Going to depend on pitch of roof, but 13 trusses is a good start,,,

Depending on codes,,,2 x 6 or 2 x 8 rafters, 3/4 exterior ply,,,NOT particle board please. 90 lb felt rolls, 25 yr asphalt shingles at least. or other code allowed material, such as steel, or tile.

You don't state if the garage is built and/or OK, and if this is a replacement roof.

You also don't state if the roof will be left open/visble/basically unfinished inside, or if there will be a crawl/storage space above the wall height.

I'd check local codes and zoning first, then proceed,,,especially if this is a DIY
