Human beings are as simple as any other animal, the only difference is our self-concious- and our knowing of our own demise- fear of death- a dog may be afraid of another dog-why? because of pain and fear of hurting- but neither one of them are aware that by fighting it could be there last fight- same gos for every other animal besides us- We think that we are far more intelligent than other species, but we are not- religon, man created every god there has ever been written about- Do dogs know that there is a spiritual side to life- i dont think so- Fear of death, and the fasinaction with death feeled so many peoples heads back then that they dreamed of any possible meaning for us being here----evolution is fact- not to say from monkeys,we could be? but i believe from billions of years of the evolution of tiny organisms into fish, plants, and every other known and unknown species!!!!!!

It's all to do with a guy's irrational need to make his woman happy. As soon as humans developed language it was...it's too hot, it's too cold, yadda yadda, when are you gonna fix this....it's never ending. Sadly we will never learn. Religion tried to shut them up....phhhhhh!!!! (just kidding ladies...honest!)

Humans are not like animals. God created a man and when He sinned he learned about right and wrong. All men are sinners by nature, animal don't know about right and wrong. If you are so stupid to believe that ever thing just happen then God calls you a fool. Psalms 14: 1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. ... You're a hunter and see a herd (or whatever) of deer. BAM. You think the baby deer doesn't realize it's mother is dead? What if the rest of the deer see the hunter? You believe they can't make the connection that humans = poof gone mommy deer? This would go against Pavlov's findings if you ask me.
Some animals are afraid of us for a reason.
There is a reason that hunters wear so much camo.

evolution is not fact it is a theory, ask the scientists. there are minimal differences between animals and humans biologically we are animals but there is no denying that there is something different about us compared to other animals, like you said self awareness, greater understanding that we are alive. why? if we evolved then why are we the only creatures that evolved to this degree? why did we not all just evolve to suit the environment? but in the same environment you have many different species all very very different, why?

Other animals do recognize their own existance, we just can't converse with them to talk about it.
The Exception to that statement was Koko the ape, who was taught sign language.
Eventually she began asking metaphysical questions like, "Why do we die?"
Some other apes who have been taught in similar fashion also ask non-mundane questions.
Perhaps a more complex language is all that is really required to raise a species to our level of thought.

The initial premise is skewed. I don't believe humans are "just like" any other animal. So, while some of what you say is true, it is not supportive evidence of the premise.
