I would accept Jesus if He had never performed a single miracle. Why? Because He loved me enough to give his life for me on the cross of Calvary, and save my soul from Hell. Almost every place where Jesus went while He was upon this earth, He performed miracles. The places where He did not, was usually where people would not put their faith in Him to do so. Matt. 13:58 tells us that Jesus could do no great works in Nazareth because of the unbelief of the people. Jesus has not changed a bit. He is the same, yesterday, today, and forever. And He still performs miracles today, when people will place their faith in Him, and allow Him to do so.

This is EXACTLY the reality of the historical Jesus. People took real miracles (changes of people's minds from distrust to love) and made them into magic stories. The loaves and fishes story is an example -- it's about people stopping to rest, not wanting to bring their food out because of fear of having to share it, and then being completely changed when they saw a kid sharing the little he had (the change resulted in everyone taking out their food and sharing it). Whether this story is true or not, it hits home to the real miracle -- the change in people's hearts. Jesus in the gnostic gospels performed no magic tricks -- and this is the real historical jesus. the real miracles are all inside jobs -- internal experiences.

your question is pretty unclear,I'm not sure what you are getting at, however i have already accepted Jesus and will continue to do so. if he did or didn't perform a miracle then it was for a good reason,he knows better than any of us so I'll accept his decisions.

data fairly than evidence may well be sufficient yet there is none. Jesus purely does no longer exist in any historic information of the time and the story of Jesus is purely about comparable to even before thoughts which extra or much less proves that "Jesus" is a fictional character.

Of course, the original christians who were gnostics never acknowledged the popular Christian mythologies...

making blind see = opening the mind.
feeding thousands with a bread = feeding their minds with knowledge.
walking on water came from Buddhism and it's not christian doctrine.
rising from the dead = spiritual awakening.
virgin birth = mary was virgin in spirit and gave birth to baby jesus.
christ = cosmic force.
jesus = a Jewish dude who incarnated the cosmic christ (wisdom).
etc.

The above is the real stuff but the Christian literalists turned it into nonsense.
