I order the same thing Randy Orton does.
Tuna salad on whole wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, and a little salt-and-pepper.

when I was on a diet, I lost a lot of weight eating subway sandwiches with LOTS of veggies (to make it more filling, ask for extra lettuce if you don't like certain types). Cheese isn't the best, but if you are just gettin a six inch, you should be fine. As for bread, wheat is better for you than white. And stay away from the breads with the cheese on top, you don't need the extra calories. Tuna does have a fair amount of mayo in it, so I would get turkey, or no meat, just veggie. And some subways have reduced fat mayo as a topping, you just need to ask for it. But I just use mustard or honey mustard, both of which do not have a lot of fat in them. Hope this helped! (oh, and if you are getting the meal deal, get diet soda or water. And they have baked chips)

I'm not sure if they use light mayo to make it? They have a sheet that tells you all of the calories. (Look it over)
Personally I like the Sweet Onion Chicken Terriaki. It's under 6 grams of fat.

To be honest.. Most of them are good for you. They're better for you than almost anything else that you could eat, especially when eating out.
I love the Seafood Sub... On the Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread, with Provolone Cheese and Mayo.

I like the teryaki chicken on wheat bread, myself -- light on the sauce. With tomatoes and a little onion, it's not that bad.
Tuna, though, is loaded with mayonnaise that's fattening.
The veggie sandwich is probably the lowest in calories if you have it without mayo. Turkey is also a good choice, especially without cheese.

The best sandwich is anything that does not have tuna or meat balls. Tuna has mercury. Meatballs has high fat and salt. Careful with the mayo, too.
