I'm 17 in my summer, barely no commitments, so i sleep by my own time: stay up at night, and sleep in the day.

I usually go to bed at 5-7 AM and wake up at 12-2 PM, does that affect my HEALTH in any way ?

It's okay for your health because you're still getting enough hours of sleep (but not too many). One problem with this sleep schedule is that it can also mess up your eating schedule. Make sure you're still eating enough, and eating healthy, balanced meals, just like you would if you slept at "normal" times. Also, if you need to start getting up earlier for school or work, plan ahead to re-adjust your schedule slowly back to what it needs to be.

There are some quite secure dozing drugs available, yet beer (and different alcohol) isn't one in all them. Alcohol is a depressant; it may make you drowsy so that you nod off, yet maximum persons will have a tendency to awaken contained in the technique the evening. ingesting something presently in the previous going to mattress will make it needed so that you could face up contained in the technique the evening to apply the bathroom. Ask your well being practitioner about a secure dozing drugs, take it a pair hours in the previous you want to visit mattress, and confirm to go away sufficient time in the previous you should face up contained in the morning, for the medication to positioned on off. Hypnosis... that may be the thanks to go, too. i do not comprehend very a lot about that.

In my opinion it wouldn't or we wouldn't have people that do shift work - such as casinos, bartenders, police who work at nights - just give your self time to adjust if you are going to attend school in the fall semester!
