Atheists have considered it. Not Religious folks have no religion by default.

Atheists do not believe a Supreme Being exists.
Atheists can be religious so long as the religion does not require belief in a Supreme Being.
Edit:
"Not religious" means you do not follow a religion. It has nothing to do with God belief, one way or another.

Not religious does not mean not spiritual. It can simply denote that the person does not follow any religious organization. Atheists do not believe in the existence of God at all.

An Atheist is someone who does not believe in anything. Not Religious means you don't believe in the traditional way.

Atheist is more specific, not religious could be more general for whoever sees it how they do...some might view it as non believer, others might view it as someone who believes but doesn't follow an organized religion and are just spiritual.

Not Religious means you have beliefs but don't practice the rituals of an organized religion.
This defines a majority of modern society. They believe in God but not in human interaction with God.

reliable question, prayer may be chatting with the gods worship may be the making a song and issues with a set, you could nonetheless i assume pray even as in a worship service merely my ideas on how those 2 words are different

An atheist 10000000% believes there is NO gods... Not religious can mean your either christened but dont practice or you dont care...

Atheists actively believe that there is no god. "Not religious" means that you either don't know or don't care.
