u can get a veneer - Veneers, porcelain or plastic, are placed over the front teeth to change color shape of the teeth. Veneers are ideal for teeth that are too small, too big, or have uneven surfaces. It is very common for people to have imperfect teeth, either oddly shaped teeth, chipped teeth, crooked teeth, teeth with small holes in them, or an inappropriate sized tooth or teeth that have an odd appearance. Veneers solve such irregularities and create a durable and pleasing smile

Depending on your situation you may not even need surgery. If you wanted to get braces you could try that, and if you need any teeth removed you could look into dental implants. If you dont want to go the braces route, you could always look into something called veneers or lumineers. A lot of people like the lumineers because the dr. does not have to remove as much tooth structure as the veneers. But either ones are beautiful and natural looking! Always consult with your orthodontist/dentist first and see what he or she recommends! But look them up sometime!

Why would you need surgery? You might need about ONE MINUTE of cosmetic recontouring (trimming the points down) and that's it.

You need to visit a dentist who can actually see the problem and evaluate it first-hand in order to find out what needs to be done. I'll bet it is a simple fix.

In any event, you won't go in there and find yourself strapped to the chair as the unwilling victim of some dental surgery or anything, so just go get them looked at.

My teeth are pointy too. The points are called "cusps" and if you lacked them I may worry that you are, in fact, a horse.

Come see me, see Dr. Sam, or go to your own dentist and ask them. I'm sure that they can diagnose your "problem" and either solve it or put your mind at ease.
