This is the same as eastern "MANTRA" repetition and Rosary beads.

Prophecy +, Mantra repetition and pray unceasingly is the same thing. JUST repeat God's name silently on inbreath and on outbreath. If you wish to ask God a question do so then do the mantra, watching the screen of mind for the answer.

frankygli,if jesus it truly your "SAVIOR" then he is the only one for you. I would "NEVER" question that relationship. However Jesus is NOT the only way to God. that scripture is widely misunderstood. My self and countless others know differently.

waukeene,Amen, the condition of ones heart in a constant prayer. Praying unceasingly(mantra repetition) is doubly beneficial, you have the answer to prayer plus, clearity of mind increases plus it aids the renewal of mind and body.

I wish I did, I'm not that focussed, but perhaps one day. Prayer doesn't even has to be done audibly

Yes I pray unceasingly. And no it is not the same as eastern "Mantra" repitition and Rosary beads. Praying without ceasing means not giving up with the going gets tough. To always pray through the difficult times knowing that God will answer you.

I pray a lot, but not unceasingly. Yet, God is only a prayer away so I talk to Him many times in the day. I have access to Him through Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the only way to God. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

it may have some basic likenesses but praying unceasingly isn't the same as 'mantra'. praying unceasingly can be found in scripture and mantra is not based in any way around the sacred scriptures and teachings of Christ.

I do hold an ongoing dialougue with my Savior. But, I don't remember chanting or using beads or anything like that.
I talk to God, like I'm talking to you.

None of us pray this much! Although, God (believe in Him or not) should be in our thoughts constantly, He seldom is!
Blessed be those who believe!
Peace and Wisdom,
In His Name.
