I know that your diet and how healthy you eat has a lot to do with what your hair looks like....like if you eat really healthy, your hair (not necessarily your skin if you have acne-that' sjust genetic no matter how healthy you eat) should look really shiny (I mean REALLY healthy, no mcdonalds, white flour, sugar etc.) also........ there's this stuff from citre shine that smells really good that you spray on to your hair and it gives dull hair immediate shine. check it out... it comes in a clear bottle. you could get it at longs drugs or any pharmacy.

u are rite pantene does not work too much wax in it silicone based products blow dry your hair down cool water rinses close down the cuticle try biosilk silk therapy i am a hair stylist and this is one of the most faq around

Use Mane N Tail shampoo. It's for human and animal use. After using the shampoo, your mane will be as shiny as a horse's! No kidding. My hair is darker and twice as shiny just after a single wash.

buy the ....umm...go to the pantene section..and they sell
these little bottels..and they say..shine glass
but they leave your hair really soft and shiny
i use it on my hair and works real good...
