Yes, not as formal. No sequins, no cocktail dresses, no stilletto heels, no cut down to there dress.. Dress for a garden party, or as you would to go to church, keeping the weather in mind. A suit, or a suit dress is great, wear the jacket in church, and take it off for the reception. More modest, not as flashey dressing for a 11am wedding.

Slacks and a blouse or slacks with a shirt and tie. Generally evening weddings are more formal. However, a lot of it has to do with where the reception is being held and the type of meal that is being served. You could wear a dress or a suit but I don't think you could go wrong with the aforementioned outfit. Enjoy

It depends where your reception will be. If your reception is at a fancy hotel then people should be more dressed up. If it's in a garden or at a relatives house then people should dress in Sunday-best. Congrats!
