Definitely relates to blood pressure if you eat and it goes away. Even if you do not have a problem with blood sugar it can range high or low. If you do have a problem with either it can effect blood pressure and in extreme it can lead to unconsciousness. However, try eating small amounts to offset this problem, if you have any reason to believe you sugar levels are not normal, get a fasting blood test from your doctor.
