Try my "Grilled T-bone steak and avocado especial". Preheat your grill then start by peeling the avocado. Make a simple home made steak sauce by mixing a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a dash of soy sauce, a teaspoon of brown sugar, a shot of red wine, a dash of Tabasco, a pinch of garlic powder and a pinch of chili powder. Stir all of these ingredients together and set it aside in the fridge. Put a large T bone porterhouse steak on the hot grill. Allow it to sear about three to four minutes. While the steak is cooking slice the avocado into 1/4" thick slices. Then flip the steak over and continue to grill it for another two or three minutes. Place the steak on a plate, garnish it with a sprig of parsley and a drizzle of the homemade steak sauce, allow it to "rest" about three or four minutes, throw the avocado slices in the trash and enjoy your steak.

this might sound sort of funny or gross, but it is actually amazing....take decent sized cubes of avacado...coat with an eggwash, and coat with panko bread crumbs...throw them in the fryer until golden brown...they are so creamy and crunchy...just awesome, trust me...and its a lot more creative than plain guacamole
