dont use drugs, otherwise you will be dependant on them. Fat is lost from the bost proporinally, if you eat a good diet, ie control the calories you intake compared to what you are expending then you will lose fat! also try exercising before you eat breakfast as you will be optimising the fat you are buring, this is the time in the day where fat will be burned quickest as you have not eaten for a while, so you will quickly go into buring off fat! try doing cardio or something quite intense for at least 30 mins.

No matter how good it looks and how much they tell you it works, you can not spot reduce. You can not just burn fat around the midsection, or just around the thighs, the body doesn't work like that. The body burns fat from everywhere, where ever it can take it. It will take the easier places first, the face and the arms, and then attack the thicker areas as it is needed, the stomach and thighs. Sorry, but these are the facts of life.
