Allegra or fexofenidine is an antihistamine drug. It wil block the histamine reaction. It the reaction is causing calor (heat) in a particular area, blocking the histamine can reduce the temperature. This is not a primary function of the drug.

did you mean Allegra? That is an allergy medication. it will do nothig for a fever. Take a cool bath and tylenol.
