Petit Fours? No wonder I could find nothing but aprons when searching internet...Thanks To you both, My wife will be very thankful...

Don't you mean Petit Fours?
Sheet cake cut into shapes, squares & diamonds the least wasteful. Place the cut cake in a rack in a shallow pan, spacing them about 1/2 in. apart. Make a poured fondant glaze and pour fondant over all pieces of cake coating evenly. Looks best when you pour two "coats" of fondant. You can also use melted chocolate or summer coating.
