Well, if he brain washes you then you should Brake up with him!! You should be careful about it. But it's just an advice. Follow what you think is best foryou and try to condier the advices that other people have given you, including your moms.

You say your mom says he lies to do you know for a fact you can't let people get into your relationship all the time because if you do it will never work but if he is lying to you it either need to be resolved or dump him

I would listen to your mother. She is probably seeing things that you aren't seeing, since you are "his girlfriend." You have on those silly rose colored glasses they give to people at times.
Think about....would your mom really want to do something to hurt you or have you get hurt?

You need to ask yourself if what your mom says is true.
Look for examples of his behavior that might have made her feel this way. Be objective, make a list if you have to.

you should try hard to see if he is lying to you . If he is get rid of him. usually mom knows best you know. As for the brain washing in most cases you are brain washed only if you want to be

well what do think does he lie to you? do you do thing with him that you normally woulden't do while with other friends if you say yes to both of these questions then yes you should brake up with him
