Boy I can think of so many, but instead of me writing them all out, go to your search engine and type in "exercises for balance" and you'll find all you need and more.

Balance and coordination usually are not a difficulty or problem associated with being overweight. Balance is actually controlled by the inner ear,a unknown infection, low blood pressure a no of reasons could be the cause but something is off that is of a medical nature. You need to make a appoint with your doctor(MD) to see what's going on with you. Strength of your body comes from your legs for they support your body--after you've been to the doctor and he's determined cause and treated to regain your balance(only a MD can find your balance problem cause) and you still wish to build your core strength TAI_CHI is excellent for it gives you strength in your legs, control of Movement and Coordination and in the process of doing TAI_CHI I guarantee you that you will lose weight. Its not as easy as it looks for the movements are slow and one has to maintain control-you'd be amazed at the energy required and the calories burned---I know for did TAI_CHI for a year, loved it,and will take it again. Also there is no pressure for everyone learns as a individual.individual But please first se a MD for your balance problem Good Luck

pilates is excellent for balance and coordination, investing in stability balls, and a BOSu Trainer is also great for developing your balance.
as for the exercises, there many and countless you are better off signing up with a personal trainer locally to get the best exercises.

Any sort of balance board will help immensely. I have a Vewdo board for snowboarding and I dig it.
