It depends on the ingredients of peanut butter and jelly you are eating..

If your bread is made from whole grains, peanut butter made from just peanuts and salt (sea salt is best), and jelly made from just fruit.. then your pb & j is very healthy!

If you are eating bread made from refined, enriched flour, peanut butter with hydrogenated fats, jelly with food colorings and sugar added... then your pb & j is not good for you.

Do you like them that much? If so get natural peanut butter, most regular brands have a lot of fat and sugar. The jelly has a lot of sugar, natural preserves would be better. There is always a way to cut fat and sugar out of our favorite (BAD) foods. You can have your sandwich and eat it to.

No! a little pb is okay, but one not made with hyrogentated oil. Also its a lot of calories in just one tablespoon. Dont forget to count calories.

White bread, not healthy (switch to whole grain).
Jelly, mostly sugar (switch to a fruit spread with minimal sugar)
Peanut butter..sugar in there too, although also good protein.

Overall, not the best choice you could make, no.
