sure...but some guys are clueless....
I was (back in high school)...this person finally had to stop me outside and ask me point blank if I liked her. Turned out that I did...and we dated for several months.
others...like a buddy of mine (yes...back in HS) would simply ignore women that he didn't like...
(moral of this story...I would ask him...just in case. if he says no...then I would move on).

When your around him, like in class or something smile a lot to show you enjoy being around him. Don't tell him too soon if you like him. It may cause problems if your young. If anything, tell him in a note that you like him or have feelings. If it's only a like thing, don't feel like you have to tell him. Chances are you'll like someone else shortly or he'll move on to another girl. Now if your in high school or something and your feelings are stronger then it would be best to probably just tell him when there aren't a whole lot of people around. Hope I helped was a help!

You could just be a nice person.
We men are stupid and you have to tell us, or a friend in order to ensure it gets back to us.
Im not kiddin, us men are afraid of rejection too. So sometimes, we need to be sure befor we risk making a fool out of ourselves. Especailly if we really like the girl.

Hell no. Guys don't know ne thing. Mainly because chicks are so confusing. He might think ur just a flirt, or maybe he's totally oblivious to everything. Just tell us and stop playing games.

Um, we're GUYS! A simple, "Hey, I like you" has always worked on me. Why play cat & mouse? Guys love to be approached as much as women.

yes honey. he catches on. you need to walk up and start talking. guys dont have to be the one to do that anymore. they may be charged with several different violations these days. this is not 1930. walk up and start talking
