could these be lymph nodes? If not, what the hell are they? They are hard, do not hurt and came out of nowhere. I do not run or stand or do anything else that would have caused them.

They start just above my ankles and go all the way up to my knee...there are about 8 on each leg

if theyre just below your knees (up to 3 inches below the joint) it could just be that youve been growing faster than your body could keep up with and it leaves little nodges... or it could be calcium depostits which are harmless... or it could be something more serious... they only way to know for sure is to ask your doctor

You need to have them checked. You could be several things some severe not so severe. See a doctor.
