Horses Neck
60 ml brandy
2 dashes of Angostura Bitter
Ginger Ale
Build over ice in a highball glass.
Fill up with Ginger Ale and give the drink a quick stirr before serving.

Yes! But I do like brandy..
its easy to make too
1 long strip Lemon peel
2 oz Brandy
5 oz Ginger ale
2 dashes Bitters
Mixing instructions:
Place the lemon peel spiral in a highball glass and drape one end of it over the rim of the glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the brandy, ginger ale, and bitters into the glass. Stir well.
