you need to be a certain weight, age and proof of I.D. some ppl require you to eat a good breakfast and others dont. good luck

I'm assuming you're in the US.

You need to be at least 120lbs, as I recall.
You need to have Not had a tattoo in the last six months
You need to have not spent more than 6 months in England since 1980...something
Not have herpes, AIDS or other bloodborne illness
Test negative for Anemia (have the right amount of iron in your blood, thats the only thing they test for on site)

You just go in and fill out a questionaire along these lines. They'll take whomever they can get.

If you're O+, be prepared to have them calling you EVERY WEEK asking if you can come in.

Nothing, just show up or make an appointment (if required for some blood drives)
