Some makes can deopending on how much hair your talking about that is gone already. Hair extensions are just what they sound like EXTENSTIONS so the hair peices are woven into your OWN hair so it always looks so natural. If u have SOME hair Im sure they could work with that but if u have Nop hair- go sexy and grow a small gotee and WOW them with your new look! If your um a guy that is! lol

aren't hair extensions for you to clip on to whatever hair you have? hows that gonna work if you're bald? but a wig would work well!

if you use enough, so do toupes....usually on men though
