You would sweat that you got this at your favorite fast food joint!

Strawberry Shake

1 Cup Frozen Strawberries, thawed
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Cup Cold 2%Milk
1 Cup Plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp Sugar Substitute (recommended: Splenda)
2 Whole Strawberries, garnish

Instructions:
Puree the strawberries and honey in a blender or food processor. Add milk, sweetener and yogurt; blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses; garnish each with a whole strawberry

Well, that depends on where you live. In Massachusetts, A milkshake is made by mixing milk and a flavored syrup to a frothy consistency (without ice-cream.) If you mix milk, syrup, and ice-cream it's a frappe.

But assuming you want to make a milkshake in any other part of the country you technically need ice-cream, but you can get a reasonable approximation by using yogurt or frozen fruit. If you do decide to use yogurt, don't skimp on the fat content; use a whole milk yogurt, or even better, Greek-style yogurt which has a much thicker consistency.

If you don't have the knowledge, or need confirmation, no, it's not a stupid question.

Do you have any kind of fruit? If you do, you can make a shake that way.
