I don't know about grants or scholarships for on-line GED, but most states offer free classes at community college for people wanting to get a GED. Where I live, the local community college runs a GED lab that is open late for people that work. They assess your level with the TABE test and give you a plan of action to study. Then you sign up for the actual GED test, here it is $25. Many on-line schools are not on the up and up. I would be very cautious about trying to get a GED on-line. Now once you get your GED, there are various grants and financial aid that can help you cover the cost of college.
