I think not. It takes intelligence to create a dictionary.
Likewise, it takes an Intelligence, an intelligent designer, to bring the Heavens and the Earth into existence.
You have enough soup, you have enough letters for a dictionary. But it still takes Intelligence to arrange them.
Likewise even if there were enough material for the Universe [and how did you get it unless it was made Ex Nihilo], still it needed an Intelligent Designer!

They used to make (i don't understand no be counted if it remains available; Campbells has long shrink down its varieties in maximum shops to in basic terms the main suitable sellers) mock turtle soup. My previous due father enjoyed it.
