It's not necessarily only Hispanics...but to answer your question...most of the hardworkers that are to work here in America that are Hispanic come from third world/impoverished countries such as Mexico. They work hard here in America so as to prove themselves, earn as much money as they can and send it back to their families. See as Americans we have gotten lazy and expect things to be given to us without having to work our a**es off...while the people from South of the Border do not have that privilege where they come from: In other words they are thankful to have a decent paying job--so they work hard to show it.

He wins i admire that. i don't care what he sounds like and that i think of the Ronald McDonald jokes are stupid. What does that would desire to do together with his skills? If he's "too gentle" are human beings critiquing the exterior tones of different wrestlers? Come on! He grow to be a 2 time international Champion in Irish Whip Wrestling and a FCW Heavyweight Champion. he's taking delight in his background so what? he isn't my fashionable yet I appreciate him for what he's performed in his couple of minutes with WWE. They recognize that through hard work and perseverance they might get an opportunity to grab hold of that much ballyhooed big fat American gold ring ... or maybe just a decent house, a car, a TV, a heath plan, an occasional vacation, a good school for their kids, etc. ... all of the stuff the rest of us want.

Not all Hispanics have great work ethics, stop stereotyping. There are many, however, that do have great work ethics just like other people from all ethnic groups.

Cause where they come from they have to work hard or they starve. Some people cant even get jobs. To many Hispanics, just having a job is a blessing. In my country of origin a young boy was sick because his parents had nothing else to feed him but grass! Does it not make you want to cry? If it does not then you're not human. So imagine coming here and eating a McDonald's value meal. Its a gift from god. So they work hard to bring themselves above that suffering.
