has anyone been to a TV show in new york city...what show and how did you get tickets..and any other details that you wish to include

Letterman-my brother requested them via a postcard
Daily Show - got tickets via email and gave them to my nephew.

I've seen the Daily Show, David Letterman, and Maury Povich. Maury is easy to go too... just show up around 7-8am. You need to call ahead of time for the Daily Show and it's REALLY hard to get in. I don't know about Dave Letterman, I won the tickets in a raffle.
There are also the morning shows, like The View and Regis and Kelly. Then there is Millionaire too. Montel, SNL, Conan, Colbert Report, TRL, and I can't think of anymore audience shows. The ones I listed I think are hard to get into... maybe Millionaire and Montel are easy, but I'm not sure.

I've never been but apparentley there is Saturday Night Live, the late night sketch show which is live, Conan O'Brien which is a talk show, the Daily Show and heaps more. You get tickets via internet or at the door. If you wanted to go to SNL then you either win them in the lottery thing they do or you wait in standby for tickets
