Honestly, if you're not into someone anymore, why not just tell them? Being dumped hurts a lot less than being dumped AND not even getting the satisfaction of closure.
I'm just wondering what the rationale behind this is.

This is something that will never be answered because we as woman will never be able to figure them out. The things they do, the things they say, the way that act....its all stuff that we use up all of our energy on only to find in the end that men always have and always will do stuff that makes no sense. Seems they find the easiest way out of ANY situation regardless of the pain they cause to others.

Hey, we follow a womans lead and we do the same thing back to you. Thank yourself or other women. You know most of the problems I hear women complaining about on this thing is started by women and us guys are just repeating it.

Because they can end a relaionship in just that way. Also, some people will avoid unpleasant situations at almost all costs. It has to do with their personality. It's easier for them to just "fade away".

because they can and its not only men who does this, we are as guilty as they are sometimes. people who do this are cowards to actually say how they feel and scared of making the other person feel rejected which they will feel eventually anyway when they stop calling.

they just don't want to be around to see the reaction from you when they tell you something like that. they know it's not gonna be nothing nice.... so it's just an easy way out for them that's all.

OMG!!!! Girl when you find out please let me know...... I can't stand that it.... I think it's easier for men not to face that fact that they screwed up or they just can't handle closure.... It's a sign of immaturity.....
