Im doing a homework for JROTC and i dont know what the word mean. I got the defanition down but dont kno what the meaning is i need help. Here it is. A standard, rule, or test on which a judgement or desion can be base.

I'm not sure I understand WHAT you are trying to ask. Are you asking about the definition of the word "standard"? If you are, here's some ideas for ya:
The Oprah Winfrey show might be considered by some as the "standard" for talk shows.
The SATs are a standard test.
Units of measure like Kilograms and Pounds are standard measures for weight.
