It is true that it has some calories. It's just that it has LESS than one calorie per SERVING...thats how they get away with saying 0 caleries. I think it may have one calerie for every two serving and I think a serving size is 8 ounces, but you may wanna check that.

I don't know about paying fines, but I know that when Pepsi was using saccharin that it had like 1 cal per 2 servings and this was when I can was equal to 2 servings. If you look now you will see that one can is equal to 1serving.

You can try snopes dot com and see if there is anything there about it, or email them and find out from someone that can do the research.

I don't know, but diet Pepsi has to be the WORST tasting beverage on the face of the planet. Regular Pepsi is just fine and more than dandy with me!

According to the FDA that would be illegal. I am sure that is an urban legend.

Plus diet soda is bad for you anyway.....your not supposed to drink any soda while on a diet.

I don't know, but for some reason, it's the only diet pop that I can tolerate. It's especially good when you're really thirsty.

Everything that says it doesn't have caffeine in it always has caffeine in it just a small amount.
