It is assumed that Adam and Eve were married. Hard to do without a rabbi, priest, or minister. But God was around supervising. There is a lot of mystery about the wives and husbands of the children of Adam and Eve too.
Of course the most famous wedding was at Cannae where Jesus is said to have performed his first miracle, the water into wine, totally discomforting to Baptists who know they should not drink alcohol.
I can turn wine into water myself. The reverse is hard. Read the Bible for the truths not for history.

God is recorded as promoting the concept of marriage in Genesis 2:18: Referring to Adam, "...the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him."

Adam and Eve. You won't find the traditional "joined together in holy matrimony" but that is the foundation. Contrary to popular belief, marriage ceremonies did not take place until somewhere in the first decade BC. Until then, the man simply went in unto the woman and that was the marriage "ceremony"... a consummation thing.

A great deall revolves around the definition of marriage. If you mean the first union of male and female blessed by God then it would be the A & E of Genesis 2.

While Adam and Eve did not have a traditional marriage ceremony, they were married by God.
Next mentioned is that when Abel went into exile, his wife went with him. So he was married and had at least one son. She is not named.
First polygamy listed was by a desecent of Abel named Lamech. His two wives are named.
While the line of fathers and sons is given from Adam to Noah, no wives are mentioned until you reach Noah and his sons. All four were married. Wives names are not given.
First husbands who wife is named in the Bible were Abram (Abraham) and Sarai (Sarah).
First wedding mentioned in the Bible is the wedding of Abraham's son Issac to Rebekkah. (They are also parents of first listed twins).

Genesis 2 Verse 24
But for Adam [g] no suitable helper was found. 21 So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs [h] and closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib [i] he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
23 The man said,
"This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called 'woman, [j] '
for she was taken out of man."
24 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.
