Is it Yo soy flaco or Soy flaco? or something else?

I did mean it as describing myself as an active person, not physically being active right now. Look out for the ten points :)

It depends. If you're trying to say that you are active at the moment, the proper way to say it would be "Estoy activo". If you're describing yourself as an active person, then the proper saying is "Soy activo". These only apply to the perfect present tense. So if you want to say "I used to be active" then youd say "Yo estaba activo", or if you want to say "I used to be an active person" youd say "Yo era activo" Then there are plenty of other conjugations of the verbs that take quite some study to completely understand.

The word "activo" in Spanish has nothing to do with thinness ("flaco") it actually means "active", and it depends on what you mean by "active". It might mean that you are pro-active, that you have a lot of energy doing things or performing tasks, or it might just mean the opposite of "pasive".
