Miami Beach, but that's too expensive so stick with the downtown area. That way people who work their in buisness can spot your store when their going to work or at lunch and ask themselves one day to go get a hair cut at your place. And it's also where all the commerce is, so lot's of people will spot your store.

South Beach, but you have to be able to afford the rent down there to open a buisness and what kind of clientele are you looking to service because you can get some huge business during the time Spring break rolls around since you will have a slew of college students coming into town and are going to need their hair and nails done when they go out clubbing.
