Scabies are mites and, while not contagious in the way that disease is, they're microscopic bugs, so you could certainly get them from being around her. You can get them from shaking hands, for example. They just get under the skin, though, and can't get to your baby.
There are over-the-counter preparations, I believe, to treat them, so she should ask a pharmacist if she's certain that's what she has. She needs a bug-killer more than a doctor, unless it hasn't been diagnosed properly.

Scabies are very contagious. It is a skin irritation. You could very well contract them, but your baby will not. Your sister needs to go to the doctor and get a prescription for treatment.

If you plan on keeping your baby, go ahead and tell both of them. You need to tell your sister the truth. Remember, your unborn baby and your sister's kids with Jake will be half brothers and sisters. You'll also want to tell Jake, so that the scum can pay you child support after the baby is born. BTW, advise Jake to get a vasectomy.

It's possible. You can get them but not your baby at this time. Your sister and yourself need topical treatment. I would recommend you see a doctor before applying any kind of medication to your skin.
