plz help me i need some idea

It's probably a fever blister or cold sore. There is no way to get them off of your lip except to let them heal on their own. Do not pick at them, as the fluid inside will spread and you will have even more. It is HIGHLY contagious, so no kissing, or oral sex.....it is a form of herpes and can be transmitted to your partner's genitals if you put your lips there and it is not curable. There are a lot of over-the-counter medicines for them, however, your best bet is to go to a doc and get a prescription of valtrex or zovirax. Also, to prevent them in the future, take one Lysine tablet a day....Lysine is an amino acid that our bodies don't produce, but fends off cold sores.

take Lysine every day. its an over the counter pill. that helps a lot of people to prevent them from coming.
and if you already have them, as soon as you feel them coming, use an over the counter topical ointment like blistex or something like that.
also, there are prescriptions meds you can get from the doctor that help a lot.

Avera, over the counter should help. Just ask your local pharmacist. and do not pick with blister only make it worse.

You can use Abreva and Carmex to help clear up the sores and to make them feel better in the meantime.
